Once the order is completed, you can not edit or cancel that by yourself.
However, until we send it, you can write to our Customer Service to try for asking modification or cancel the order.
If the order has already been sent, you will necessarily have to wait to receive the package and then proceed with the withdrawal/return procedure. Do not refuse the delivery, because the package will be returned to our offices and we will charge you all the costs for sending and returning the goods.

It may happen that the system cancels some orders, or parts of them, for various reasons, such as:

  • Articles no longer available;

  • Difficulty processing payment data;

  • Impossibility to send to the specified address;

  • Duplicate orders.

If your order is deleted from the system, you will receive an e-mail where we explain the reason for the cancellation. We will not charge you any amount of canceled orders. If you are interested in alternative products, contact us by e-mail.
